Typical 6-month team development process working with 2 highly experienced team coaches:

1.     Agree objectives

  • Meet the team leader to discuss team structure & members, set objectives & agree the shape of the team journey

2.     Engage the team

  • Interview all team members to understand team dynamics, strengths and key development areas

  • Administer team diagnostic survey to identify drive factors supporting good performance and drag factors holding the team back

  • Complete diagnostic analysis

  • Create team report

3.     Draft design

  • Based on the diagnostic data, develop first draft design of the team development journey

4.     Feedback interview data to team leader

  • Explore insights from the diagnostic data

  • Review and adapt draft design

  • Agree next steps

5.     Team development sessions

  • Agree diagnostic data and team journey with team members

  • Travel the journey - coach team development sessions

  • BAU meeting coaching to support implementation of learning
