Mindsets before skills

Our approach to executive coaching and leadership development is to work at a deeper mindset level to enable sustainable behaviour change

  •  6 months executive leadership coaching

  • Individually tailored to accelerate leadership performance

  • Aligned with organisational goals and strategy

Typical coaching process:

Phase 1: Discovery

  • First meeting between coach and executive to understand organisational context and identify initial development objectives

  • Coach review of any recent development plans, performance reviews and psychometrics

  • Conduct feedback interviews and create confidential feedback report

  • Second meeting to debrief executive and adjust/confirm coaching objectives

Phase 2: Coaching (virtual and/or in-person)

  • 3-way meeting with direct-line manager to agree coaching objectives, clarify expectations, agree coaching plan and agree how to work together

  • 6 further coaching sessions over 6 months focusing on identified development objectives

  • Telephone/e-mail support between formal sessions

  • Second 3-way meeting with line-manager at mid-point, if required

Phase 3: Next steps

  • Final 3-way meeting with line manager to assess progress against objectives and identify future development and priorities
