A 6-month innovative and transformational leadership journey that enables you to thrive and lead successfully in the age of digital disruption and a rapidly changing workplace.

The programme is delivered in two modules, each tailored to your business strategy and industry context.

Module 1: Consciously Disrupt

Delivered through three webinars and individual coaching.

Develops the ability to consciously disrupt by adopting a beginner’s mindset to question and explore current thinking and behaviour.

  • Explore 4th industrial revolution leadership: develop critical mindsets and understand what it really means to be a leader in the new workplace.

  • Self-awareness: use existing psychometric data; Hogan bright/dark side; and support and challenge from world class coaches, to gain a deeper understanding of who you are as a leader.

  • Leverage a beginners mindset: experiment with things you’ve never done before and learn the skills of self-disruption.

  • Build centred leadership: discover centring practices to enable informed decisions and action, especially under stress.

  • Align purpose: connect individual leadership purpose and organisation purpose.

  • Agree contribution: commit to an organisation and leadership contribution beyond the day job.


Module 2: Build Adaptability

Delivered through a 4-day face-to-face programme that creates personal change during the module.

Develops adaptability by focusing on purpose, accountability, agility and influence.

  • Develop key mindsets: Enterprise Thinking, Power of Doubt, and Self-Awareness

  • Amplify leadership presence: manage behavioural triggers and develop increased ability to centre, make informed choices and build leadership range.

  • Be accountable: be your word in practice & explore the psychobiology of commitment.

  • Immunity to Change: uncover competing commitments and limiting assumptions that get in the way of personal change.

  • Dissolve paradox: develop creative and agile thinking.

  • Create momentum: refuel through personal and organisational purpose that align to add value to your business.

  • Influence the business: use enterprise thinking and key drivers of financial strategy to plan for positive business impact.
